One-of-a-kind camp geared to kids learning English

The camp is offered on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, once kids are let out of English as a Second Language summer school. The Jangs and volunteer camp counselors run games, activities and sports, all with the goal of kids working on their English, burning energy and making friends.

The school board has donated the space at MacGregor for the month of July. In August, they’ll be operating out of Youth Unlimited in Kitchener.

“At the moment we are seeing if we should collaborate with another group or combine resources,” said Chloe.
