New DLI Regulations and Penalties Proposed

The Government of Canada is studying the lack of DLI regulations. They are proposing to add regulations and penalties for non-compliance. Another proposal is to increase part time work permits to 24 hours per week up from existing 20.

These new regulations will affect almost every international student.
